Its funny how all the very dubious national injunctions and judicial interference we saw during the Biden administration is not an issue, apparently. Some district court in Texas can decide that although the law directly gives the administration authority to forgive student loans as it finds necessary, the court is dubious that it is necessary. Even worse, even though the Constitution gives Congress the authority to pass laws enforcing the 15th amendment, the Supreme Court can decide the way they did it is not "fair" to some states. But now that courts are asked to step in when Trump/Musk ignore the written law passed by Congress and signed into law, it's overreach!
This was super interesting. In my opinion, the federalists society and conservatives are wrong about trying to take governance from the civil service and put it back to politicians. Elected officials and appointees are temporary, they are the prime example of the revolving door. Most of the time they represent the industry they come from, not voters
