Technical note: based on experience, I'm guessing you're processing your audio through Descript and using their Studio Sound plugin (or something similar), which defaults to a level of 100% Studio Sound. Try turning it down to 60-70%. The audio you're publishing is clipping and rough in some places. That adjustment will improve the sound.
For the issues that span areas of interest of multiple policy councils, I’d be curious to hear how it gets decided which council will take the lead on that thing.
Also, it would be super interesting to hear more about the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs / White House relationships with state and local governments, especially in light of Cecilia’s comment about interest in place-based approaches.
